The sun is shining!

Enough gloom and doom! The sun is shining! The robins that feast in my backyard are so fat I thought someone left a football on the lawn. And I saw a reeeally fat bunny the other day ... and today she's not looking quite so plump. Time to head out in search of the first litter. We only keep track of them for lawn mowing purposes ... to avoid a potentially messy situation. I haven't seen our neighborhood eagle yet this spring, so I figure the first litter is pretty safe for now.

It doesn't matter what's going on in the rest of the world, eventually spring shows up anyway. Whatever survived last week's snowfall will just keep on growing. The seeds that I will eventually toss onto the ground may, or may not. But every year, I toss some more.

Hope, like spring, keeps on showing up at the door.

I read "The robots that feast...." I need to get my eyes checked again.

LOL

No, the robots are feasting in my recycle dumpster, which takes up a large portion of my garage.

The birds are in the back getting fat on the abundance of worms.
